• Do not reflect the actual views or opinions of the represented talent
• May contain inaccuracies or errors
• Should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALK2ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination
